Shipping Policy
At AARÁMII, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details.
Please note that during peak periods, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Locations
AARÁMII currently ships across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, AARÁMII may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to track the delivery status of your order.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the package cannot be delivered due to:
• incorrect address
• customer unavailable
• refusal to accept the order
the package may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
AARÁMII will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize that your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@aaramii.com. Address updates may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the outer packaging appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• your Order ID
• photos of the package
• an unboxing video if available
This helps us raise claims with our courier partners.
9. Delayed Deliveries
While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
• weather conditions
• logistical disruptions
• public holidays
• transportation delays
AARÁMII shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such external factors.
10. Lost Shipments
In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit, AARÁMII will coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate the issue.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer either:
• a replacement product, or
• a refund to the original payment method.
11. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for select locations.
Please note:
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
• Customers who refuse COD deliveries without valid reason may be required to place prepaid orders for future purchases.
AARÁMII reserves the right to cancel suspicious COD orders.
12. Shipping Confirmation
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation message containing tracking information.
At this stage, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
