Return & Refund Policy

At AARÁMII, we design our products with care and attention to quality. Since our products are apparel and personal wear items, certain conditions apply to cancellations, exchanges, and returns.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at:

Include your Order ID in the email.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds usually reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


2. Exchange Policy (Size Exchanges)

At AARÁMII, we understand that sizing can sometimes vary. Therefore, we offer size exchanges for eligible orders.

Size exchanges are allowed only if:

• The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• All tags and labels are intact

• The product is returned in resellable condition

Customers must email support@aaramii.com with:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Reason for exchange

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will ship the requested size (subject to availability).

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

• Store credit, or

• A refund to the original payment method.


3. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for used, worn, washed, or altered garments.

Returns and refunds will only be accepted in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective

• The wrong item was shipped

• The product received is different from what was ordered

To raise a return request:

• Email support@aaramii.com within 24 hours of receiving the order

• Attach clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue

• Include your Order ID

This documentation helps us raise claims with our shipping partners within the allowed time window.

If the request is approved:

Our delivery partner will arrange pickup, or

You may be requested to ship the product back.

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, we will conduct a quality inspection.

If the claim is valid, we will process:

• A replacement, or

• A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days after approval.


4. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• The item must not be damaged due to customer misuse

• The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

If the product does not meet these conditions, the return request may be rejected and the product may be sent back to you.


5. Open or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or opened, please do not accept the delivery.

Once a tampered package is accepted from the delivery partner, AARÁMII cannot take responsibility for:

• missing products

• damaged items

• incorrect items

Please report such issues immediately to our support team.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To prevent misuse of the Cash on Delivery (COD) service, the following conditions apply:

• COD orders may not be eligible for refunds if the product is refused at the time of delivery without valid reason.

• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future COD orders being blocked for that customer.

• In cases where a COD order is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, the customer may be required to prepay future orders.

AARÁMII reserves the right to cancel COD orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent.


7. Misuse of Returns Policy

To maintain fair usage of our policies, AARÁMII reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of:

• repeated return requests from the same customer

• suspected wardrobe usage (wearing items and returning them)

• missing tags or damaged packaging

• evidence of product use

This helps us maintain product hygiene and quality standards.


8. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Processing time typically takes 7–14 business days

Please note that payment gateway processing times may vary depending on your bank.


9. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return, refund, or exchange:

Please include:

• Order ID

• Reason for request

• Photos of the product

• Unboxing video (for damaged product claims)

10. Compliance with Indian Consumer Laws

This policy is created in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, which require transparency in refund, return, and cancellation policies for online retailers operating in India.
